our mission
Our mission is to help men and women build muscle mass and lose unwanted weight as they get older. With the proper mix of joint-friendly exercises, nutritional guidance and ongoing accountability, you’ll be on your way to building a better you. Our training is offered as a remote coaching program or in-person sessions. Our membership is comprised of people from all walks of life, all with the goal of being the healthiest, strongest and fittest version of themselves.

History
We offer pain-free strength training using joint-friendly movements with the lightest loads possible. Bill has used these techniques to regain muscle mass and strength following two shoulder replacement surgeries and two hip replacement surgeries. Now his clients are reaping the benefits of his method.
